REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Nakia Made It (NMI Studio · NMI Design · NMI Social), all sales are handled with care and transparency. Because of the nature of creative services, digital goods, and print-on-demand fulfillment, the following policies apply:

 

 

1. Digital Products (Templates, Printables, Downloads)

All digital products are final sale.
Once a file is delivered or downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Digital files cannot be returned, and instant access means the product has already been received. If you experience a technical issue, I’ll make sure you receive a working file.

 

 

2. Physical Products (Print-On-Demand via Printify)

All physical items (apparel, accessories, mugs, stickers, etc.) are fulfilled using a third-party print-on-demand provider (Printify).

Because each item is produced specifically for your order:

All physical product sales are final.

  • No cancellations once the order has been placed
     

  • No returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse
     

  • No returns because all products are made-to-order
     

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

You MUST contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
     

  • Order number
     

  • Description of the problem
     

Printify will review the claim and—if approved—will provide a free replacement.

If your package is lost in transit:

I will submit a claim to Printify on your behalf. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect addresses

If the buyer enters the wrong address:

  • Printify will not refund or replace
     

  • The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs if the carrier returns the item
     

 

 

3. Design Services (Branding, Logos, Custom Graphics)

Refunds for services are not offered once work begins.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for:

  • Time
     

  • Creative labor
     

  • Research
     

  • Strategy
     

  • Delivered work and revisions
     

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your project on the schedule.

Client-Requested Cancellations

If you cancel a project before completion:

  • All payments made are non-refundable
     

  • You will not receive drafts or partial files
     

  • Additional completed work beyond what has been paid may be invoiced
     

 

 

4. Social Media Management Services

Because SMM involves planning, strategy, and active execution, all payments are non-refundable once the month begins.

Contracts with commitment periods may include early cancellation fees.

 

 

5. Style & Creative Direction

Refunds are not issued due to style preference or subjective dissatisfaction once concepts have been provided. Clear direction and inspiration should be shared before work begins.

 

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting me is considered a violation of this policy. Documentation—including timestamps, proofs of work, and emails—will be provided to dispute invalid claims.
