Nakia Made It (“NMI”) operates under three creative branches:

  • NMI Studio – digital products, printables, accessories, and creative assets
     

  • NMI Design – branding, logo design, and custom graphic services
     

  • NMI Social – social media management and content services
     

We also offer physical products fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand providers (such as Printify).

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are:

  • Using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
     

You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations in your area.

 

 

3. Purchases & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
     

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

In summary (not exhaustive):

  • Digital products: Final sale; no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
     

  • Print-on-demand physical products: Final sale; replacements only for approved misprints, damage, or defects as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
     

  • Design & social media services: Non-refundable once work has begun; deposits are non-refundable.

5. Print-On-Demand & Third-Party Services

Physical products (including but not limited to apparel, mugs, stationery, and accessories) are produced and shipped by third-party print providers such as Printify.

By purchasing physical products, you acknowledge that:

  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the printer, shipping carrier, customs, or other third parties.
     

  • Claims for misprints, damage, or defects must follow the process and timeline stated in the Refund & Returns Policy.
     

We may also link to or integrate other third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party sites or services.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is owned by Nakia Made It, including but not limited to:

  • Logos, branding, and visual identity
     

  • Website design, graphics, and layouts
     

  • Digital products, templates, and printables
     

  • Text, copy, imagery, and original designs
     

You may not:
