At NMI Studio Shop, every order is made just for you. Because we work with trusted print partners to produce high-quality items on demand, shipping times may vary slightly based on the product and your location.

 

 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
     

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
     

  • You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.
     

 

 

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and fulfilled.
Typical delivery windows:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days
     

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days
    (Actual times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.)

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the item and destination.
Since most products are made-to-order, shipping costs may differ between items.


 

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately.
This is normal — we work with multiple production partners, and different items may come from different facilities.

 

 

Address Changes

Entered the wrong address?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@nmistudioshop.com.
We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after production begins.

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit:

  1. Email us at support@nmistudioshop.com
     

  2. Include your order number + photos (if applicable)
     

  3. We will help resolve it with the print provider or shipping carrier.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
